1 lb filleted salted Salmon or canned salmon 6 large potatoes peeled and sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced 2 tbsp butter
2 cups milk
In a well-buttered 2 quart casserole, arrange layers of the potatoes, fish and onion. Begin and end with potatoes. Dot with butter. Pour milk overall. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until the potatoes are done.
