| | large chunks of salmon 1 cup long grain rice
| 2 cans stewed tomatoes 1 can tomato juice

Butter a 3 quart casserole dish. Place large chunks of salmon on bottom. Sprinkle 1 cup long grain white rice over fish and pour 2 cans of stewed tomatoes over the rice. Pour tomato juice over all to within 1 inch of top of casserole and bake at 300 F for 3 hours or until rice is cooked and fish is flaky.
