4 cups crabmeat Salt & pepper to taste 3/4 cup catsup
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup sherry
Melt the butter and saute the onions for a few minutes. Add the cheese, catsup, Worcestershire, Sherry, and seasoning's. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth. Add the prepared crabmeat and blend. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
