BARBECUED CRAB
Print          
2 large crabs
1 bay leaf
4 tbsps butter
1 sprig parsley
I lg onion chopped
4 peppercorns
3 cloves garlic chopped
4 T soy sauce
4 stalks celery chopped
1/2 tsp tabasco
2 cups Consomme sauce
1 C tomato juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Saute vegetables in butter, add other seasonings, consomme and tomato juice, except the soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and add soy sauce. Pour sauce over cracked crab in roasting pan--heat 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
