1 1/2 lbs salmon steaks or fillets 1 tsp salt Dash pepper
1/4 cup butter 2 tbsps lemon juice 2 tbsps onion, grated
2 cups biscuit mix 2 tablespoons milk
Cut salmon into one-fourth-inch cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine butter, lemon juice and onion. Pour over salmon and toss to coat. Prepare biscuits and roll into a rectangle about l/4 inch thick. Spread salmon on biscuit and roll. Seal ends. Place in well greased baking dish. Brush with milk. Bake 375 for 30 minutes. Serve plain or with a sauce.
