2 lbs salmon - fillets or steaks 1/2 cup lemon jiuice 3 tbsps butter
2 tbsps grated onion 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp dry mustard
Heat all ingredients but salmon, stirring until blended. Place salmon in single layer in baking dish, pour half of sauce over fish, place 4 inches beneath preheated broiler, basting 2 or 3 times with remaining sauce until fish is browned and will flake with a fork, about 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
