|1 Cup grated sharp chedder cheese |
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp dry musturd
|1/4 cup chopped pimento |
2 cups white sauce
1 drop tobasco sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sause
|2 hard cooked eggs finly chopped |
1 cup drained white ablacore tuna or crab meat
Dash of pepper 2 Tbsps Chopped Parsley.
Greased baking dish well.
Mix 1/4 cup cheese with crumbs and pecons ( set aside)
Mix mustare, pepper, onion & pimento to white sauce.
add remaining cheese. warcestershire sauce & tabaco sauce,
untill cheese melts. Add chopped egg, parsley & tuna.
Fill baking dish half full top with crumb mixture
Add remaning seafood, sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
