2 dozen razor clams chopped Fine 1 pint Fine cracker crumbs mixed with
little flour 1/2 pint milk
3 eggs Pepper and salt to taste
Beat eggs, cracker crumbs and milk to a smooth batter. Stir in clams and seasoning's. Fry in hot lard or drippings one spoonful at a time until nicely browned. Garnish with parsley.
