3 large potatoes, peeled and grated 3 well beaten eggs 4 tbsp flour, or enough to hold together
1 grated onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups ground clams
1/2 cup chopped parsley Coarse ground pepper
Soak grated potatoes overnight in salt water. The next morning A drain the potatoes, put in a large bowl and add eggs, flour and remaining ingredients. Cook on a griddle in bacon fat. Serve with butter and crisp bacon.
