Pound necks with meat mallet. Dip in flour. Dip in mixture of beaten eggs and milk. Dip in cracker meal. Place on cookie sheet and put in freezer or refrigerator until set. Fry in oil 375 degrees 1 and 1/2 minutes on each side.
