|1 10 oz can of cream of shrimp soup |
1/4 cup sherry
|1 lb diced cheddar cheese |
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt the cheese slightly in a double boiler. Add the soup and stir until the cheese has completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Slowly, blend in the sherry and mix until the mixture is of the desired thickness. Add the seasoning's and blend well. Serve over toast or dip into mixture with bread as with a fondue.
