|2 pounds fresh crab pieces |
1 pound fresh shrimp
3 cans mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
|small jar pimentos |
3 packages of frozen chopped broccoli
Cook broccoli according to directions on package, place in bottom of casserole. Saute onion and chopped green pepper in a little butter; remove from pan. Put soup, milk, pimento into saucepan, stir until smooth, add onions and pepper, when hot (not boiling) add crab and shrimp; if too thin, thicken slightly. Pour into casserole over broccoli, add bread crumbs to top and some zippy grated cheese.
Makes: Two large casseroles and one small one.
