| | 1/4 lb butter 1 medium onion chopped 3/4 cup diced celery 1/4 cup flour
| 1 qt milk 1/2 tsp dill weed 4 cans salmon (7 3/4 oz) 2 cups cooked diced potatoes
| 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables(thawed) 2 tsp salt

Saute the onion and celery in the butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Add salmon, potatoes, mixed vegs, dill and salt. Serve worm with crackers.
Makes: Makes 20 cups.
