1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 cup parsley
1 oz can tomatoes
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
pinch of rosemary
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
2 cracked crabs
2 pounds clams
1 pound prawns
1/4 pounds sliced white fish
1/2 cup sherry.

Simmer first ingredients for 2 to 3 hours. to sauce stage. add fish to kettle.
add sherry to sauce. simmer for 20 minutes. (Great for a cold night)

Makes: serves 4 to 6
