1 1/2 lbs shelled and de-veined medium shrimp 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 tbsp salad oil
| 2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 large garlic clove crushed

Several hours before serving: In large bowl, mix butter or margarine with salad oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Add shrimp and toss gently to coat shrimp with mixture. Cover and refrigerate, tossing occasionally. About 15 minutes before serving: Place shrimp in broiling pan and broil 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve with lemon wedges.
