2 tbsp salad oil 3/4 cup orange juice 1 onion sliced 1/2 tsp orange peel shredded
1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp chopped pimento 1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz tomato sauce 2 lbs shrimp, cooked and peeled
Heat oil and onions, cook until tender, add pepper pimento, tomato sauce, orange juice and peel, salt and pepper, bring to boiling point then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and just heat through. Serve over rice.
