1 lb cooked prawns 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup sliced onion 1 tsp sugar 1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 tsp chili powder 1 clove garlic, sliced thin 2 tbsps flour 3 cups canned or fresh tomatoes 1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup bacon drippings or fat 1 tbsp vinegar Salt and pepper
Cook in uncovered kettle the onion, celery, green pepper. Sautee garlic in fat until tender. Add salt, sugar, chili powder and flour that has been blended in 1/2 cup water. Add shrimp. Serve hot over rice.
