OREGON SHRIMP CURRY
Print          
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 cup cleaned cooked shrimp
3 cup cooked rice

Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown; add soup stirring until smooth. Stir in sour cream, pepper, curry powder and salt. add shrimp and heat. Serve over hot rice.

Makes: 4 Servings
