1 pound shrimp 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix 2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
| 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 clove garlic, minced 2/3 cup salad oil
| 3 tbsp lemon juice

Butterfly the shrimp by cutting down the back taking out the vein and laying the shrimp flat. Combine all marinade ingredients. Add shrimp, cover and allow to marinate at least 2 hours. Broil 4" from heat 2 minutes on each side.
