2 lbs scallops
2 eggs well beaten
l cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
l pinch of marjoram
2 cups salad oil
Salt and pepper

Dip scallops in beaten eggs. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and seasoning's. Roll scallops in crumbs and fry in hot oil.
