| | 1 pint scallops 1/2 cup melted butter
| Salt and pepper Paprika
| 2 tbsp flour
|
Spread out scallops on paper towels. Pat dry. Line a shallow pan with foil. Place butter and scallops in pan. Turn to coat well with butter. Sprinkle with seasoning's. Sift the flour lightly over the top. Place under broiler and broil small ones 8 - 9 minutes and large ones 10 - 12 minutes.
