| | 2 lbs scallops 2 eggs well beaten l cup bread crumbs
| 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese l pinch of marjoram 2 cups salad oil
| Salt and pepper

Dip scallops in beaten eggs. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and seasoning's. Roll scallops in crumbs and fry in hot oil.
