1 cup instant potato flakes 1 7 3/4 oz can salmon
| 2 eggs 1 tsp salt
| 1/2 t ground thyme 1/4 cup unseasoned dried bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375f. Lightly grease medium baking pan. In medium bowl, combine potato flakes with 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir in drained, boned and flaked salmon, then beat in eggs, salt and thyme until fluffy. Shape mixture into 4 to 6 balls (mixture may be sticky). Roll in bread crumbs until well coated. Place in pan; bake 30 minutes.
