1 envelope unflavored gelatin 3/4 cup boiling water 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp vinegar 1 pound canned salmon
| 1/2 cup mayaonnaise 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup 1/3 cup sliced olives 1/4 cup water
| 2 tbsps suger 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp horsersdish

Soften geltain in cold water. Add boiling water, stir until dissoloved. Add suger, lemon juice Vinegar, onion, salt and horseradadish. Chill untill partially set. Stir in salmon flaked ( check for bones) mayonnaise. olives and celery. Chill overnight. Dressing: 1 Large avacado mashed, ( add 1 tsp lemon into avacado) 1/2 cup Sour cream Mix until smooth Serve cold.
