| 1/2 cup flour
| salt & pepper

Drain oysters. Season flour with salt & pepper. Roll in flour. Dip in beaten egg and milk. Roll in flour again. Place on cookie sheet. Put in refrigerator or freezer until set. Fry in oil 350 degrees until well browned.
