1 1/2 pound halibut ( one slice) 5 thick slices of peeled tomatos
1/2 green pepper chopped 2 teasp chopped onion
1/3 cup melted butter salt and pepper
Place halibut slice in buttered pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arange over the fish and peeled tomatoes, green pepper and chopped pepper. Bake 25 minutes 400. Bast 3 or 4 times with juices in the pan and melted butter
