3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp flour 1 Lbs fillets, cut in serving pieces 1 1/2 cup half//half
1/4 cup minced celery 1/4 tsp dry musterd 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp chopped parsly 1 tsp chopped green pepper 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
Place halibut in greased dish. Melt butter blend in flour Add milk stir while cooking untill thickened and smoth ,on low heat. Add remaning ingerdients except crumbs and combine. Pour sauce over fish. Top with crumbs Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
