2 cups chopped fresh clams 4 soda crackers, crushed
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp MSG substitute.
Combine all ingredients. Drop from a tablespoon onto griddle. Fry over medium heat. Garnish with parsley and serve with tartar sauce. Fresh salmon or crab may be substituted for the clams.
