FUN LITTLE SEAFOOD BALLS! Made with clams, these are a tasty addition to your dinner party.

8oz can minced clams
reserve clam liquor.
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning.
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Drain clams reserve liquor.
Add water to clams liquor to make one cup.
In saucepan combine liquid, butter, poultry seasoning, and salt.
Heat to boiling. mix in flour
Cook until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time beating well,
stir in clams.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
bake at 400 for 20 minutes. serve worm

Makes: 60 balls
